MIDLANDS IRISH SETTER SOCIETY OPEN SHOW
Held at Baginton Village Hall, Saturday 2 July 2005
An excellent entry awaited me and I would like to thank the exhibitors for their support at this very well run Club Open Show. In particular I felt that the Minor Puppy, Junior and Graduate bitch classes were very strong and this bodes well for the future of the breed. However with the alternating dog and bitch classes, by Yearling dog I felt that the males were starting to give their handlers a hard time, as their minds seemed to be on other things, i.e. bitches.
